The Door – a brief departure from the serious

Before we had our kitchen remodeled, my wife used to collect comics and post them on “The Door”; which was the back side of the door to our basement. It was literally filled with Far Side, Dilbert and the like – comics that made us laugh at ourselves and the world. I thought it might be fun to introduce a little humor into our day. Perhaps this will become the new, digital version of “The Door”. I would love to hear your suggestions for future postings. It is good to laugh!

  1. Your post reminded me of a comic we’ve had on the frig for forever it seems. I just looked at it – Dennis the Menace plopped into bed between mom and dad. “Ya know what? I love us.” Been there since our son, now 25, was 2 – May 8, 1988! Serious departures are nice. Life needs that now and then. That’s my suggestion – something like this every once in a while.

  2. I Love the idea! We might have to borrow it from you. The first comic has a good message that I need to keep in mind more often.
